No additional fees for water, electric, internet

We typically have a waiting list for our executive suites. Prices start at $850/month (plus tax) for our smaller 10 x 12 private offices and currently go up to $1500/month (plus tax) for a larger 14 x 15 private office. Offices can be accessed 24/7 & internet is included. Water & electricity as well. Our private offices require a minimum of a 6-month membership and a $250.00 deposit. To hold/reserve an office a $250 non-refundable deposit is required and that will turn into a refundable deposit upon move-out (assuming no damages). Private offices also have access to common areas, kitchen area, conference room*, and bathrooms.
