Q: Can I receive mail & packages?
A: Our virtual address plan is designed for standard letter mail that fits inside a traditional mailbox.
Because Centrally operates without a staffed front desk and our building remains secured, we are unable to accept packages or deliveries requiring a signature.
This includes:
• FedEx, UPS, DHL packages
• courier deliveries
• certified or signature-required mail
If a package or signature delivery is attempted, the carrier will typically leave a notice for pickup at their facility.
If your business requires receiving packages, you may consider upgrading to a co-working membership or office suite, where you can be on-site to receive deliveries yourself.
Q: Do you offer mail forwarding?
A: Yes. We offer monthly mail forwarding for $25 per month, which includes forwarding all standard-sized mail received during that period. Postage cost is an additional fee.
If you require more frequent forwarding, we can discuss upgrading your plan to accommodate your needs.
Q: Is there a long-term contract?
A: No. Our virtual address plan is month-to-month.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership at any time. We simply require 30 days’ notice for cancellations.
Q: Do I have access to the office when needed?
A: The virtual address plan provides a professional commercial address only and does not include access to the office space.
However, members can upgrade at any time to:
• Co-Working Membership
• Dedicated Desk
• Executive Office Suite
These plans provide 24/7 building access and the ability to retrieve mail at your convenience.
Q: If I don’t have access to the office how do I get my mail?
A: Many virtual address members primarily use this address for business registration, marketing, and professional correspondence, while using another address for personal or high-volume mail. We can notify you when mail is received, and you can coordinate an appointment with our staff to meet to pick up your mail. You can also upgrade at any time to a co-working or higher plan to have your own access to pick up your mail anytime.
Q: Can I stop by anytime to check if I have mail?
Because Centrally does not operate with full-time reception staff, mail pickups must be scheduled in advance.
This allows us to keep memberships affordable while still providing secure mail handling.
Q: What will the address look like?
A: Virtual office addresses are assigned upon receipt of membership and will look like: 627 Cape Coral Pkwy W., Suite 202, V#999, Cape Coral, FL 33914 (999 will be replaced with your exact assigned #).
Q: When will I be notified that mail has arrived?
A: When mail is received, we will notify you so you can schedule a pickup appointment or request mail forwarding (if enrolled in the forwarding service).
Because our service is designed for standard letter mail rather than high-volume daily mail, notifications may be grouped rather than sent for each individual piece of mail.
If you are expecting something time-sensitive, please feel free to reach out so we can confirm whether it has arrived.
Q: What happens if my membership becomes inactive?
A: If a membership becomes inactive due to cancellation or non-payment, mail received after that time may be returned to sender.
Members are responsible for updating their mailing address with senders and government agencies before canceling their membership.
We recommend allowing time for any remaining mail to arrive before closing your mailbox.
Q: Can I use this address for business registration and licensing?
A: Yes. Many members use their virtual address for purposes such as:
• registering an LLC or corporation
• business licensing
• marketing materials
• professional correspondence
However, each member is responsible for ensuring their use of the address complies with local, state, and federal regulations, as requirements vary by business type.
Q: Can I use this address for a Google Business Profile (Google Maps listing)?
A: Some businesses may attempt to use their virtual address for a Google Business Profile listing.
However, Google’s guidelines generally require businesses with a physical address listing to have a real location where customers can visit during stated business hours.
Because our Virtual Address Membership does not include a staffed office or public business hours, Google may not approve or maintain listings associated with this plan.
Google determines eligibility independently, and we cannot guarantee approval or provide assistance with Google verification.
Businesses that require a physical location for their Google listing may need to upgrade to a coworking membership or office suite depending on their specific needs.
Q: Why are mail pickups scheduled instead of offering walk-in hours?
A: Centrally operates using a streamlined service model rather than a fully staffed mailbox store.
Traditional mailbox stores with daily walk-in service typically charge $200+ per month due to full-time staffing.
By offering scheduled mail pickup instead, we are able to provide a professional commercial address starting at $75 per month while maintaining secure mail handling.
Members who require daily access can upgrade to a co-working or office membership, which includes 24/7 building access.
Q: Can I register multiple businesses under one virtual address membership?
A: Each virtual address membership is intended for one business entity.
You may also receive personal mail under your own name using the same virtual mailbox number (V#).
If you operate multiple businesses, each business should have its own membership and virtual mailbox number so that mail can be properly identified and handled.
This helps ensure:
• accurate mail delivery
• proper business registration records
• compliance with required mail authorization documentation
Q: What if I have more than one business?
A: If you have multiple businesses or a spouse/partner with a separate business, we are happy to help.
Additional businesses can be added through separate virtual address memberships, and we often provide discounted rates for additional mailboxes when managed under the same account.
Please contact us and we will help set up the best arrangement for your situation.
