I am looking for a place to have meetings, will your office work for me?

Maybe. We offer a co-working plan that includes the ability to rent out either our conference room (seats 8-10 comfortably) or studio (more set up for making videos or taking photos) upon availability through our online booking system. Our Virtual address-only plan does not include the ability to use our office spaces.

I have a new business in Cape Coral. What do I need to do to get started?

Congrats on your new business. We are a business location. We offer services from address only (virtual), co-working (flex/open area), dedicated desks, and executive suites for your needs. We do not get involved with licensing, legalities, taxes, or other requirements for your business. Feel free to contact the City of Cape Coral, Lee County, State of Florida, the United States, Division of Corporations, your attorney and/or your accountant for any requirements for your specific business. By signing up for our services you are certifying that you have all of the proper legal/licensing/tax/insurance, etc as needed.

I’d like to pay several months in advance – do you offer a discount?

We often may have specials running for 6 or 12-month advance payment plans. For specific inquiries, please send us an email.

Is there a lease required?

For our executive suites, we require a minimum of a 6-month commitment. For all of our lower plans, the memberships are month to month and you can cancel at any time. We do not offer prorations so when you cancel you will still have your membership through your paid-through date.
