Q: Can I receive mail & packages?
A: You can receive mail that fits inside a standard mailbox. We cannot accept packages or deliveries requiring a signature. Should you need to receive packages or items requiring signatures you can upgrade to one of our other plans and be on-site yourself to receive said deliveries.
Q: Do you offer mail forwarding?
A: Yes, we can forward your standard-sized mail monthly for $25. Should you require mail forwarding more frequently than monthly we can upgrade your plan accordingly.
Q: Is there a long-term contract?
A: No, our virtual address plan is month-to-month. You can cancel, or upgrade at any time. We require a 30-day notice to cancel.
Q: Do I have access to the office when needed?
A: No, the virtual office plan is just a commercial address and does not include access into the office. If you would like to have access to the office for either a co-working space, renting a conference room, a dedicated desk, or an executive suite you can upgrade at any time.
Q: If I don’t have access to the office how do I get my mail?
A: Many of our virtual address members simply use another address for mail however if you would like to use this address for mail we can notify you when mail is received and you can coordinate an appointment with our staff to meet to pick up your mail. You can also upgrade at any time to a co-working or higher plan to have your own access to pick up your mail anytime.
Q: What will the address look like?
A: Virtual office addresses are assigned upon receipt of membership and will look like: 627 Cape Coral Pkwy W., Suite 202, V#999, Cape Coral, FL 33914 (999 will be replaced with your exact assigned #).
