Studio Plans
Are you a photographer looking for a space to use as needed? We offer multiple packages for your needs. Starting at just $100 and going up from there (depending upon how many hours of studio time you need). We offer a large room with a few backdrops, some lights and even a couple of additional tripods. You are welcomed to bring and use your own equipment as well each time. You can also add on by the hour as needed. We have an easy to use online booking site so you can be confident the studio space is opened for your client appointment. You’ll have access to the main front lobby, the kitchenette, bathroom and a lounge area for you & your guests. Need an office space as well? You can add on any of the office plans.
Dedicated Desk Plan
Looking for a dedicated desk? Many professionals like to have their desk set up already and know that space is waiting for them at the office. These spaces are in the same area as the co-workers but are assigned to just you. You will also have a professional business address for your Cape Coral business just like in all of our plans. The dedicated desk plan also includes up to 2 hours a month of meeting or studio rental space. You’ll have access to the office anytime you need with your own private access code. You’ll have access to the main front lobby, the kitchenette, bathroom, and a lounge area.
